As the two-time James Beard-nominated executive chef and culinary director of Cambridge Street Hospitality Group, Will Gilson is genesis the life force behind Amba, inspired by his lifelong experience tasting and working with fresh East Mediterranean ingredients and foods. With Amba, he aims to redefine hospitality-oriented fast-casual dining for the Camberville neighborhood.

Érica gallego
Bringing many years of experience behind coffee bars to the table, Érica Gallego leads Amba’s front-of-house barista team with a steady and empathetic hand, working tirelessly to curate a warm, inviting environment for its patrons and on ideating for and always optimizing Amba’s beverage program, which focuses specifically on pulling inspiration from flavors and foodways of the Levant.

Altamash gaziyani
Altamash Gaziyani started his career in kitchens before pivoting bartending and various front-of-house and management positions in Boston for a decade. For Amba, he contributes towards day-to-day café and marketing operations, working hand in glove with Érica on beverage concepts, in addition to running events and markets over at Amba’s sister space, First Street Market.
